Hocking.Athens.Perry Community Action has an opening for the position of:

Community Development Specialist.

Responsibilities include the oversight of community improvement and infrastructure projects to include procurement, environmental review, construction and financial management, and labor compliance. Applicants must be proficient with word processing, data base systems and a variety of computer software programs, be highly organized and attentive to detail, have excellent written and verbal skills, possess a good driving record and have access to reliable transportation.

General infrastructure construction knowledge is also required. Background
in Community Development Block Grant regulations is a plus.

The salary range is $23,400-$26,910 per year with full fringe benefits.
